A NEW YEAR NOTE FROM SAULTER CHIROPRACTIC

Wow, another holiday season has passed and we find ourselves well into the new year.  This makes the month of January the perfect time to take inventory of our health and life style habits. Take the Health Inventory Test and  determine what changes you should make to improve your overall health.

Heath Inventory Test

1-Are you tired and in need of more sleep?

2-Are you getting enough exercise?

3-Do you need to lose some weight?

4-Do you need to change your eating habits?

5-Are you drinking enough water?

6-Are you drinking to much alcohol?

7-Do you need to quit smoking?

8-Are you taking care of your emotional needs?

9-Do you need to find a way to reduce your stress?

10-Are you maintaining your neurologic and structural health with regular chiropractic treatments?

Oh, did I forget to tell you that this test is Pass-Fail and everyone passes by taking action and making the changes necessary to improve THEIR health potential.

Sometimes the most difficult thing to do is to ask the questions to determine what we should change so we don’t continue to get the same old results.

I have forced myself to take this Life Style Inventory for 35 years and each and every year I am reminded of changes I need to make to improve the chances for a more positive outcome.

Take the Health Inventory Test and then the Dr. Saulter Challenge to make at least one change to improve your health potential in 2016.

If you would like help with dietary, exercise, or life style modifications, just mention it when you schedule your chiropractic appointment and we will make time to help you with ideas and strategies to meet your health goals.

There is no charge for this Life Style consult and if nutritional supplements are needed to help you meet your 2016 Health goals they will be discounted 15%.

We look forward to seeing you soon and helping you to meet your health goals for 2016.
